We begin with a complimentary consultation — either in your home or at our design office in Alabaster, Alabama. During this initial meeting, our goal is simple: to understand your lifestyle, your space, and your vision.
We’ll discuss inspiration photos, styles, materials, product options, functionality, and your budget. This stage sets the foundation for everything to come and typically takes one to two hours. Our focus is on listening, asking the right questions, and setting the stage for a project designed around you.
Design Phase
Once we’ve captured your vision, our design team gets to work. Using advanced tools and creative expertise, we begin crafting a layout that blends beauty, functionality, and precision.
Every design includes detailed plans and, when applicable, 3D renderings that allow you to visualize your space before construction begins — from custom decks and patios to outdoor kitchens and living areas.
Design Presentation
Now it’s time for the fun part. During your design presentation, you’ll see your outdoor living space brought to life for the first time. This meeting includes 3D visual walkthroughs, material selections, and detailed cost breakdowns.
We’ll collaborate on any adjustments to make sure the finished design meets both your vision and your budget.
Contract & Scheduling
Once you approve your final design, we’ll provide a clear and detailed project contract outlining scope, materials, timeline, and investment. When the contract is signed and deposit received, your project officially joins our production schedule. From there, we take care of every detail leading up to installation.
Final Drafting & Permitting
Our team completes the final CAD drawings and engineering as needed before submitting the permit application to your local municipality. We’ll handle all communication with the city or township to secure necessary approvals.
Once permitting is complete, our scheduler contacts you to coordinate your start date and guide you through next steps. You’ll be kept up to date at every stage of the process.
Installation
This is where your dream begins to take shape. Our licensed, insured craftsmen and project manager bring your design to life with precision and professionalism.
Your project manager will be on‑site daily, overseeing quality control, progress updates, and coordination to keep your experience stress‑free. You’ll always have a direct point of contact from start to finish.
